Event Description

NWSP and SOCAP have teamed up to bring together the top vendors, suppliers and subject matter experts that offer the latest tools and technologies designed for the Contact Center/Help Desk space. From 1-5pm at the Oregon Convention Center, attendees will be able to learn about the latest strategies and technologies others are employing to transform your Contact Center or Help Desk. Choose from formal speaker presentations and visit with vendors one on one.
